Hello and welcome!

I’m Elaine Gee-Wong, a therapist committed to guiding individuals on their journey towards healing and empowerment. My approach to therapy is rooted in understanding, empathy, and specialized training, with a focus on two profound areas that have deeply impacted many lives: infertility and trauma.

When I first started working with clients, I realized that many people carry the weight of past traumas, often without the necessary tools to process and heal from them. This realization led me to seek training and certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a therapeutic approach designed to effectively address trauma. I am thankful for this tool that helps my clients in processing and releasing the emotional burdens that have held them back from leading fulfilling lives.

Personal experiences have also played a significant role in shaping my therapeutic focus. My own journey through the challenges of infertility brought to light the profound psychological effects that can accompany this struggle. Feeling the isolation and emotional turmoil firsthand, I embarked on a journey of education and training specific to infertility counseling. By understanding the intricate intersection of psychological well-being and fertility challenges, I've committed myself to providing a safe and supportive space for individuals navigating this difficult terrain.

In my private practice, I hold space for my clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences without judgment. My aim is to foster an environment where healing and growth can occur. By combining evidence-based techniques with a compassionate and personalized approach, I hope to empower my clients to overcome their past traumas and face the unique challenges of infertility with resilience.

I believe that every individual's journey is unique, and I am humbled to play a role in helping them find their strength, voice, and path forward. If you're seeking support through the complexities of trauma or infertility, I'm here to walk beside you on this path. You are not alone, and together, we can work towards healing, understanding, and a brighter future.
