This realization led me to seek training and certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a therapeutic approach designed to effectively address trauma. I am thankful for this tool that helps my clients in processing and releasing the emotional burdens that have held them back from leading fulfilling lives.

Personal experiences have also played a significant role in shaping my therapeutic focus. My own journey through the challenges of infertility brought to light the profound psychological effects that can accompany this struggle. Feeling the isolation and emotional turmoil firsthand, I embarked on a journey of education and training specific to infertility counseling.
